Background
I am Isam Bahaa Aldallal, a PhD researcher at Altinbas University in Istanbul, Turkey, where my work bridges the disciplines of cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT), and embedded systems. My research is driven by a commitment to developing robust, intelligent solutions to the increasingly complex security challenges facing our hyper-connected world.
My academic contributions focus on the design and evaluation of machine learning and metaheuristic optimization frameworks for intrusion detection, network anomaly analysis, and predictive healthcare intelligence. I employ a rigorous, data-driven methodology that combines classical statistical learning with advanced bio-inspired algorithms such as genetic algorithms and support vector machines.
With four peer-reviewed publications spanning leading international journals in 2025–2026, I have established a growing body of work that addresses real-world challenges — from securing IoT network infrastructures to applying clustering methodologies to global health datasets. I am passionate about translating cutting-edge research into solutions with measurable, societal impact.
"Security is not a product, but a process — and intelligent systems are its most powerful guardian."
